Project Overview

We developed a comprehensive Restaurant Management System (RMS) designed to streamline daily operations for dining establishments. The client needed a robust platform to handle everything from table reservations and digital menus to kitchen order tickets (KOT) and billing, eliminating the need for fragmented, legacy software.

The Challenge

Restaurants often struggle with communication gaps between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen. The primary challenge was to create a real-time system where waiters could punch in orders that would instantly appear on kitchen display screens, while simultaneously updating inventory and billing records without any lag during peak dining hours.

Our Solution

We built a centralized solution using Laravel for a secure, high-performance backend, paired with a responsive Bootstrap frontend that works flawlessly on tablets and point-of-sale (POS) terminals. The system features a visual table management interface, real-time inventory tracking, and automated daily sales reporting. It also includes role-based access control to ensure secure management of cash flows and employee shifts.
