RudraHRM is a modern, all-in-one Human Resource Management platform developed to simplify workforce administration for growing enterprises. The client required a secure, centralized system to manage employee data, attendance, leave requests, payroll processing, and performance evaluations from a single, unified dashboard.
The Challenge
Managing HR processes via spreadsheets and disconnected tools often leads to payroll errors, compliance risks, and frustrated employees. The main challenge was to automate complex payroll calculations (including taxes and deductions) and provide a self-service portal where employees could manage their own requests without burdening the HR department.
Our Solution
We developed RudraHRM utilizing the powerful Laravel framework to ensure data security and complex business logic execution. The frontend was crafted with Bootstrap, delivering a clean, mobile-responsive experience. We implemented a role-based Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal, an automated attendance tracker with biometric integration capabilities, and a dynamic payroll engine that generates one-click salary slips.
